I have been using Gil's for over 32 years on and off, depending where I was living and have been always please with the service. This visit was no different! Initially, I called the Ford dealer where I had recently purchased my new car to find out how much it would cost for an oil change. I was sent to the parts department and then the service department to get two costs; then add them together! Not with Gil's! I called, gave my car details at immediately received the cost. I also found that ordering snow tires over the internet may seem like you are getting a good deal until you add in all the install charges. I had front desk "Matt" give me a price that included everything... that was a good price. I was in and out in no time with new oil and tires!

I was very pleased with my car repair. They took it in when they said they would, worked on it when they said they would. Called me with an estimate and was returned to me when promised. Price was as expected. The girls in the office were very pleasant, and when my wiper blade fell off while scraping my car off, a tech helped me pop them both back on. I also got a free car scraper..THANK YOU. Also a shout out to the nice man on the phone who helped me too.

Made the mistake of having work done at another location as we couldn't get in to Gil's and couldn't be without a car. Brought it in after the fact and had the issues we got from the other location resolved. Won't make that mistake again!!

Dropped off car for annual NY inspection and routine maintenance (oil, filter, etc). Work completed before we expected. Pleasant conversation with staff during check in and out. We will return for any future service needed.
