I couldn't be more pleased with my recent service. I brought in my 2015 BMW because of a squeaking noise that a third party maintained was due to needing new shocks. Matt called me back a few times trying to adequately diagnose the problem. After several hours of his time, he maintained that the vehicle did not need new shocks. When I picked up the car, the noise was gone and there was absolutely no charge! You have a customer for life!
