I came in without an appt because I could no longer change the headlight bulb on my 2008 Saturn Aura XR 3.6 ltr sedan. Hoping I wouldn't have to get an appt. and come back they took pity on me and within 45 minutes they completed the replacement and handed the car back to me. In this day and age where repair shops no longer do anything without an appt. Gil's made the exception and helped me when several other places sent me packing. I am partially handicapped and can no longer do these things. Going back and forth is a distinct problem for me. Gil's came thru! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING ABLE TO HELP ME!!
