I easily could choose to go to the Halfmoon location as I live in CP which I suspect is fine but the professionalism and courtesy at Burnt Hills are hard to beat!

We came to Gil's expecting the worst and they quickly confirmed that it was a minor fix. We had dodged a bullet on a car with 140,000 miles! To top it off, Gil's very generously didn't even charge for the diagnosis and fix! We will be back and will be recommending Gil's to everyone.

Our experience has always been that Gil's is on time, efficient, and explains what needs to be done immediately and what could wait with what consequences and so forth. In short we trust the management and people we deal with at Gil's.
