I have been a "Gil's Garage" customer for years. late last year, when I purchased my 2019 Ford Escape, I called the dealer and asked how much they charged for an oil change? I was told I have to talk with the Parts Department first then the Service Department. Subsequently, I was sent to the Parts Department and placed on hold for approx 5 min. The Parts Tech came back with the wrong info as he looked up the parts for a 2.5L and I had told him I had a 1.5 engine. that was enough for me and hung up. I called Gil's and "Matt" at the front desk gave me an immediate cost! This recent trip I met with Holly, very friendly and efficient! I no sooner handed her my keys and within minutes, my car was in the bay being serviced! Gil's it is!!
