I always feel confident leaving my car at Gil's. They always discuss the problem with me as well as the solution. They are knowledgable and sensitive to peoples needs. I feel that I can trust them and know they are being honest with me. My car is returned to me repaired and in good condition, there are no greasy hand prints on the steering wheel and they put a protective shield on the floor mat. I have been a customer for 8 years and they are the only shop to service my car.

I had an inspection done and it was very quick. As always everyone was very friendly.

During a routine oil change visit, Gil's brought to my attention some service items that should be taken care of on my older, high-mileage CRV. I appreciated this as I had forgotten these items and know the importance of them for the car's longevity. They were quickly taken care of and the car was ready to be picked up much sooner than I expected.
