I decided to take my 2014 Subaru Outback to Gil's for the first oil change rather than wait 4 hours at the New Country dealership even though the first oil change is free. It took less than an hour & they were pleasant and welcoming. A much better experience than with the dealership maintenance department.

they are dedicated to getting there customers cars done. on the last day before laborday weekend they stayed open till 12 midnight to get the cars done.
