The Burnt Hills team is awesome! Always professional and courteous. They always take the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle and do not push having repairs done when they are not urgent to fix. That's why we keep coming back.

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my car. I had a tire rotation and had the mechanic check to see I need to get new tires for the winter. I found out that I needed new tires. I went to Warren's Tire Warehouse and the Tire Warehouse to get an estimate of the price of the tires. I found out that the Warren Tire Warehouse wil be having a sale October 6 -through 11. They showed me Dunlop and Goodrich Tires. I contacted Matt of Gil's regarding information of tires. He was helpful and he informed me about Goodyear and General tires. I told me to read the reviews on-line. Also, to go to Warren Tire Center of when they have their sale then inform Matt of Gil's and Gil's will match the sale. I will be in contact the week of October 6 - 11th. Thanks, Kathleen Evans
