They got me in and out quickly for an inspection. Always very personable with their interactions. I am mechanically inclined and do all my own repairs (engine, transmission, chassis work). I listen when I'm in the waiting room and here the Gil's associates when they're discussing the required repairs with customers. The recommendations I here are always honest and sufficient to complete the repair without excess. They explain in detail and offer options to engage the customer in the decision on how to proceed. You can feel the sincere and upstanding quality of this business when you listen for a while. I can't speak to the quality of their repairs, in that, as I said, I do all my own. I can say that they have a sharp mechanical crew that have found issues on my car, when in for inspection, that I had missed. I can also say that I always hear many repeat customers come in, who the staff know on a first name basis, who must be satisfied on a long term basis. I have spoken to the mechanics occasionally when I'm dropping off waste fluids. My casual impression is that they are a sharp group, also with a personable manner. They're a good group.
