The original scope of work for the requested service included replacing all four tires on the vehicle. However, you inspected the tires and advised me that based on the condition of the tires they did not need to be replaced. Your professionalism and honesty saved me from having to make an unneccessary purchase; which was a considerable value. Thank you.

Gil's is always easy to work with and friendly. You guys always do quality work at a fair price. BUT you go above and beyond that!!! I had to call and postpone my oil change two times due to kids being sick and not being able to get my car there. The person I talked to was understanding, accommodating and rescheduled me with no issues. Then my daughter left a new Christmas present in the backseat and when we stopped back to retrieve it, the car was in the garage being serviced. One of the guys nicely offered to get it and bring the bag out to our car so that I wouldn't have take kids out of carseats. You made her day! (and my life easier!)
