Gil's is always easy to work with and friendly. You guys always do quality work at a fair price. BUT you go above and beyond that!!! I had to call and postpone my oil change two times due to kids being sick and not being able to get my car there. The person I talked to was understanding, accommodating and rescheduled me with no issues. Then my daughter left a new Christmas present in the backseat and when we stopped back to retrieve it, the car was in the garage being serviced. One of the guys nicely offered to get it and bring the bag out to our car so that I wouldn't have take kids out of carseats. You made her day! (and my life easier!)

Very nice job completing the repairs and diagnosing my idle anomaly. All was done at a fair value which is equally appreciated.

As usual, I was able to get a timely appointment. The car was serviced and repaired without any delays. The charges were consistent with the estimate. Everyone was polite and downright friendly. Car runs great.
