After I had my vehicle inspected. they had noticed a problem that did not have anything to do with the inspection but was important to take care of right away. They made sure I knew about it and under stood the problem, and had two solutions. one quick less expensive and one to do it right way more expensive but went out of there way to find the right parts for the best price. then they gave me a ride home.

I came in for transmission problems in my 2008 Honda Ridgeline, it was shifting hard with strange noises. Dave went on a drive with me and confirmed that it was something to do with the transmission possible torque converter. I was not happy due to the $$$ associated with that repair. He suggested draining the transmission fluid and welding one of the heat shields back together. I have been driving it for 2 days and haven't had the shifting problems or strange noises coming from the hood.
