I have been going back to Gil's for years. This time I had my minivan towed there and they replaced a defective ignition lock housing the next day. Can't beat that!

I did not have an appointment to have an oil change performed on my wife's car. I brought it in late in the evening and Gil's was still able to do the oil change that same night. Their customer service is Outstanding! Thank you so much!!

This was simply an oil change, 19 point maintenance inspection and NY State inspection; but in every way Gil's was courteous and enjoyable to deal with.

My Dodge van was experiencing hesitation problems with a check engine light. Gils was very accommodating in agreeing to evaluate the van as quickly as possible. The first attempt to repair involved flushing the fuel injection system. This did not work and required the replacement of an injector. Gils did a great job in the repair and making every accommodation possible for both quick repair and transportation home while the vehicle was repaired.

HVAC control head in my 2001 Silverado was not working intermittently. Diagnosis and replacement took a day but well worth it. Tech bulletin item handled at the same time while the dash was apart as well as a replacement cabin air filter. Good communication from start to finish.
