Glen took my CRV out for a road test because it was making strange sound whenever I reached 40 mph. He was very professional. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions being cautious not to mislead me without further diagnostic testing. I really appreciated his honestly. The end result was exactly what Glen thought the problem might be. I have found that the staff at Gils is the most professional, trustworthy and hardworking in our area. Thank you Gils!!!
