The staff was polite from the initial call to schedule my inspection to the day of my arrival. The waiting area was clean and was not crowded, very good for me. When my car was ready, they had placed a foot mat on the driver's side and left my car right outside the main area. I would go to Gil's in the future and recommend them to anyone who is seeking a business who is fair and honest with their customers.
