Having moved from the Albany area to another State I am no longer a "regular" customer at Gill's, however, when I called with our need for service, I was treated as as an old friend and just as though we were still local. Every effort was made to accommodate our travel schedule and we were provided a loan vehicle, while ours was being serviced. I had to transport clients to dinner that evening and was pleased that the loaned vehicle was clean and ran like a top. Both passengers commented on how comfortable the vehicle was. When we picked up our car, all of our concerns had been addressed, and the price was more than reasonable. Our only regret is that we are unable to move Gill's to Cape Cod.
