My 2012 Forester had been consuming too much oil and I asked for a checkup to discover the cause. After driving about 700 miles to test, the car came out needing engine and engine parts replacements. I dreaded the long wait time and hassle--but there was nothing to dread. I was give a 2017 Outback to drive, treated with friendly kindness, and surprised to find the wait was not a week but only three days! Hurrah for Haddad Subaru and its efficient, friendly staff! A five rating for the Service Crew is too low: I give them a 12. They are why I keep on buying Subarus from Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield MA.
