I feel fortunate that GIL'S GARAGE is only a mile from where my wife and I live in Burnt Hills. For the past twenty-four years we have had our two automobiles serviced by Gil's and it has gone well with oil changes, brake jobs and a rear axle problem. The one weak spot that I have experienced is that the replacement battery we bought a few years ago from Gil's for our 2000 Lexus ES300 tends to lose heart when the overnight winter temperatures go down to the lower teens and below. Both cars are always garaged overnight in an unheated garage attached to our house. On those occasions I need to use my battery charger to get the car started it and then it is good for the rest of that day. This has happened two or three times each winter for the past three years. But using a battery charger is not a job my wife would attempt! If she were alone and her only automobile would not start, she would be very unhappy!!!
