Another excellent service. This time was on fixing my VW Jetta Sportwagen back trunk tailgate. The tailgate door could not be open using the key fob or the switch by the driver side. For a couple of years, I had to crawl into the trunk to open it. Now, Gils has effectively removed that major inconvenience for me. Thank you.

I ended up breaking a front coil spring on my 1989 Dodge Pickup. I decided to have the entire front end rebuilt and started a search for a shop. Every place I checked with, would not replace the bushings in the control arms and it seemed as if I might have to try it all myself. After almost a year of looking, I tried Gils Garage and when I walked in, they told me they had a person that worked on classic vehicles, and I knew I was in the right place. I had the whole front end replaced in May of 25 and not only did they do everything I was looking for, they also painted the parts before they put it back together and did front brake pads as well! I couldnt be happier with how it all came out, and now the truck is better than when I bought it in 2005!
