I told my neighbor I was frustrated with figuring out where to find a good and reputable mechanic shop. He responded "Gil's" in Burnt Hills. The shop previously could not diagnose my A/C problem but charged me $75 anyway. I took it Toyota and they said $150 over the phone and then said $345 when I brought the car in. Obviously, I left and literally called Gil's in their parking lot. Spoke to Jess, booked the appointment and I brought it in. We were quoted $86.99 and that was it. They diagnosed and fixed the car and delivered it on time. We would recommend Gil's to all. Very satisfied!! Gene & Laura

Very trustworthy. Got oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Felt confident with their inspection of the car. It's an older car, and if there are additional issues, they would let me know.
