I'm self-employed and depend on my truck to get my tools and materials to my job sites. My fuel pump started spraying gas over the weekend, so I brought it in first thing monday morning. Even though they were busy, they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road that day. I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly, and the their warranty is great too.

I have to say thank you again to Brian. I had a catastrophic failure of the engine in my 2014 VW Jetta. Fortunately I had purchased a Extended Powertrain warranty. Though the warranty company attempted to say the failure was from not servicing the engine with oil, Brian was a real advocate for my situation as he was able to prove that it was an internal failure of the top end of the engine. This effort helped prevent me from being in a situation where I would have to pay out of pocket for a repair that cost more than the value of the vehicle. I can’t say it enough..... Thank you Brian!
