Received a free oil change flyer and was a bit skeptical, ive worked in the auto industry myself for 20 years, and have seen the upsell tricks that usually start with the word "free" I was very happy with the entire process and felt no pressure to spend money at that moment. I had knowledge of a particular issue with my car, and when they brought it to my attention and showed me instead of "told me" it boosted my confidence in their honest approach.
