Pontiac repair was completed in an excellent manner and completed earlier than anticipated. When I brought the car in the staff listened and noted my description of the problem. It did turn out to be something different than I thought. I was called and the actual problem and the required repairs were fully explained to me.

Thanks to everyone at Gil's, especially Matt at the front desk, for taking our daughter's minivan on a Friday morning and checking out a serious-sounding noise. As it turned out, the van needed some major work - and once again, the mechanics at Gil's rose to the occasion and completed everything that needed to be done.
