Staff are always courteous, helpful, PATIENT, and they really listen. The process of car repairs and maintenance is something that has always caused anxiety with me. The unknown, the cost, the quality of the work...Gil's makes things so easy, they are prompt, reliable, and fairly priced. Ive never wondered what I was going to pay or worry that what they quoted me would not be the price in the end. They kept in contact throughout the process and updated me along the way. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Art, Matt 1 and Matt2 are the BEST!!!!

Always professional and trustworthy

I travel for work, stay for a few days and head back home afterward. Unfortunately, I started having car trouble on the way into town. I called 4 service garages/dealers to try to get my car looked at, but everyone was booked a couple weeks out. Thankfully, the service people at Gil’s were able to squeeze me in despite also being booked out a few weeks. In the end, they had me on the road and back home without a hiccup. Their prices are competitive and were very upfront about what I needed. I was impressed with the facility, but even more impressed with their personal service - despite being an “out of towner”. I’d trust them with my car anytime!

Had to wait for my car service. Gil’s expedited it and I was out in 2 hours. Great service as usual.

The service at Gil's Garage is excellent. It is always well done , professional and completed in a reasonable timeframe.

I called to make an appointment for a leaky tire. I said that it was not urgent, because I just top-off the tire every day before I leave for work. They asked when I could make it in and I said tomorrow after work. Friday's are usually not the time to want work done on your car but, they were very happy to have me come in after work on a Friday. I was in and out in about a half an hour and on my way. Thanks.
