As I’ve said before we have been going to Gil’s for many years. Every employee, every time, no matter how they feel, are always respectful and considerate. The mechanics are always looking out for problems. Eric Newman and Sean Wood are fabulous mechanics and awesome people.

It’s always a pleasure to have our family’s cars serviced at Gil’s. The front end staff are friendly, professional, and quite knowledgeable. Thanks to their mechanics’ craftsmanship, our family’s four aging vehicles run like relatively new cars. IMHO, it’s difficult to sum up the exemplary service we’ve enjoyed over the past twenty-five yesrs other than to say Gil’s is simply the best.

Requested a NYS inspection and assessment of rear brakes for grinding. Gil's identified some issues and informed me of them prior to doing any work. After I approved the work, they completed the repairs and got me on my way in a timely manner. I appreciate the quality and thoroughness of their work, along with the congeniality of their staff. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Because of your excellent tire valve repair, I have not had to stop at Stewart's every week to put air in the tire; of course, that also means no Stewart's coffee. Can't have everything! Thanks so much for your continued care of our vehicle.

Gils has always done good by me. Recently my truck went down because of a faulty ignition lock cylinder. The part was impossible to get and it took a month to receive it, through the process Gils kept in communication with me and did everything they could to speed the process. Once the part came in they jumped right into fixing my truck and I had it back the next day. Love these guys, they’re the best.
