I dropped my car off unexpectedly one night. It required a fair amount of work and ordered parts. They completed the work in a few days and the car is running better than it has for awhil.

Truly the gem of auto service shops. The entire staff from the front desk to the technicians go out of their way to accomodate customer needs. The car was brought in for NYS inspection. The technician suggested a replacement for a weak battery. With the start of cold weather, the suggestion could not have been made at a better time. Thanks, Gil's for your wonderful service.

As always, Gil's emphasized what needed to be corrected on my vehicle at my regularly scheduled maintenance / inspection from a personal SAFETY standpoint. With all the demands of "gotta do" from daily life, Gil's ability to get that priority-adjusting message across is sincerely appreciated.
