Made the mistake of having work done at another location as we couldn't get in to Gil's and couldn't be without a car. Brought it in after the fact and had the issues we got from the other location resolved. Won't make that mistake again!!
Dropped off car for annual NY inspection and routine maintenance (oil, filter, etc). Work completed before we expected. Pleasant conversation with staff during check in and out. We will return for any future service needed.

Gil's Garage has always been very efficient with getting our vehicles in and back to us. Our business is dependent on our ability to move around the entire Capital Region of NY and we would be in trouble if our vehicles were down for an extended period of time. Gil's is great in helping make sure that never happens.

Just had a set of tires replaced. Fortunately, I knew I knew in advance that this was going to be pricey. But Gil’s had my tire numbers on file and when the day came, all was ready and efficiently done.
